We work across industries and the public sector, combining analytics, AI, risk, and governance expertise to support informed decision-making and build trust in data and AI. We embed ourselves in major transformation initiatives, helping clients: • Use data, analytics, and AI to understand and manage risk more effectively. • Design and implement data and AI governance frameworks that are both robust and pragmatic. • Deliver and assure complex change initiatives, from regulatory remediation to AI-enabled operating model redesign. You will join an inclusive, collaborative team that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and that is committed to innovation, practical outcomes, and measurable impact. Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are a senior analytics leader who is equally comfortable working with data and engaging with executives. You bring a strong foundation in analytics, along with an interest in governance and emerging areas such as AI. Core experience (essential) • ~8–12 years’ experience in data and analytics roles, working with complex datasets • Strong hands-on capability in SQL (Python or similar is beneficial but not essential) • Proven experience leading end-to-end analytics projects, delivering measurable business or risk outcomes • Strong data modelling, validation, and quality assessment skills • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights and recommendations • Experience leading teams and managing projects in client-facing environments Governance & advisory (desirable) • Experience in data governance, data management, or data risk frameworks • Exposure to regulated environments or risk management disciplines • Familiarity with emerging AI governance concepts (or a strong interest in developing capability in this area) Leadership & commercial mindset • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior executives • Demonstrated ability to shape client solutions and contribute to business development • A pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to problem solving • Interest in mentoring teams and building capability in others Why Deloitte?   At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work.
