30pm) Salary Package: Basic $2000 - $2500 + VB Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to carry out quality inspections.

Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), incoming, in-process, and final inspections using different measuring equipment. Perform dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Prepare and maintain inspection records according to the Quality Management System (QMS).

Operate measuring instruments, maintain them properly, and check their calibration status before use. Perform visual inspections based on engineering specifications and work instructions. Keep inspection equipment, machines, and work areas clean and well-maintained.

Support quality improvement, cost reduction, workplace safety, and continuous improvement activities. Report inspection results and non-conforming parts to the Quality Supervisor promptly. APPLY NOW!!!

Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, GCE O-Level, or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of CMM inspection experience. Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM); knowledge of Hexagon PC-DMIS or Zeiss CALYPSO programming software will be an advantage.

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, with good knowledge of GD&T. Familiar with measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Able to work rotating shifts when required.
