Assistant Vice President - Sales - Industrial Products

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President or General Manager of B2B Sales to lead industrial sales in tubes and pipes, drive revenue growth, expand key accounts, and build strong customer relationships. Candidates with experience in tubes and pipes or related industrial products are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Lead B2B sales strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, and key account development. - Manage relationships with large industrial customers, OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and institutional clients. - Drive new customer acquisition, business development, product conversions, and strategic partnerships. - Lead pricing, negotiations, commercial discussions, and sales team performance. - Track market trends and identify new business and growth opportunities. Requirements: - 12+ years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, with significant leadership experience. - Strong experience in tubes and pipes is preferred. - Proven track record of managing large sales targets, key accounts, and sales teams. - Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership, and business development skills.
