Sales Manager - Fire & Life Safety

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Fire & Life Safety curtain solutions. - Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the customer base across India. - Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, EPC contractors, builders, developers, OEMs, and channel partners. - Generate and manage enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures. - Work closely with the technical and project teams to provide customized solutions to clients. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. - Lead, mentor, and support the regional sales team to maximize performance. - Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Skills: - Applicants preferably be from the same field of FLS (Fire & Life Safety). - Well versed with the Indian geography. - Open to travel at least 12 days a month. - Good reputation with architects, MEP consultants and fire consultants. - Good working relations with interior contractors and General contractors. - Excellent command on English and Hindi language. - MBA in marketing is must; any additional technical degree will be preferred.
