You ll design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry standard tools and AI powered workflows. • Talent Development process • • In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). • • Awareness of AI tools in graphic design industry (e.g., MS co pilot, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, Midjourney, Runway). • • Basic knowledge of AI Prompting • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • • Ability to take feedback positively and adapt quickly. • • Creative thinking with attention to detail. What are we looking for? • 6 to 12 months internship or experience in graphic or multimedia design. • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
