Job Description

π° Up to $5,200/month Job Scope:
β’ Support legal and compliance administration
β’ Manage contracts and contract lifecycle processes via DocuSign / CLM systems
β’ Coordinate corporate secretarial documents, filings and entity records
β’ Process invoices, onboard vendors and support departmental budgets
β’ Maintain legal documents, shared folders and standard agreements
β’ Support workflow improvements and regional legal projects Requirements:
β’ Min. Diploma in Law
β’ Minimum 5 years of relevant paralegal / legal administration experience
β’ Experience in contract administration / CLM systems
β’ Corporate secretarial coordination experience preferred
β’ Strong Microsoft Office skills
