Join our team and be a part of our mission to deliver excellence! We are seeking a customer-focused Equipment & Software Specialist to join our team in the Textile Care Technical Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our industrial laundries customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing service of dosing systems and water & energy equipment, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our devices and services. What You Will Do: • The geographical scope of the role covers territory of Poland. • The position is fully remote but requires approximately 80% availability for customer visits. • Follow the safety topics communicated by Local Engineering Coordinator. • Support the maintenance strategy for Water and Energy W&E Equipment as well for dosing equipment. • Second level support in case of W&E issues.
