Location - Taiwan, Remote About the team The Senior Delivery Manager team works closely with both the Sales and Global Customer Care (GCC) teams as part of the Professional Services in order to bridge the gap between clients and technology to facilitate implementations.

The role has accountability for managing up to million-dollar client implementation projects and provides project management support and guidance to a dedicated team of Consultants to ensure projects remain on time and on budget.

Applies solid technical knowledge combined with client management skills to ensure successful implementations. What you will do Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and product managers to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
