Perform basic machine/equipment checks and report abnormalities. Identify defects or process issues and inform the supervisor. Follow SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures. Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the production floor. Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.

Handle electronic components and equipment carefully. Assist technicians and engineers in basic troubleshooting and maintenance activities. Maintain proper quality and production records. Follow company safety, hygiene and process standards. Work effectively as part of a production team.

Candidate RequirementsQualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field. Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant manufacturing experience can be considered. Basic knowledge of electronics/manufacturing processes.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Good discipline, teamwork and learning attitude.
