SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

• Handle day-to-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee records. • Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding. • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, staff records, HR forms and related documents. • Coordinate monthly payroll, salary payments, leave, attendance and employee benefits. • Handle applications, renewals, amendments and cancellations of work passes, including Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit. • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are properly filed and updated. • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. • Coordinate medical examinations, insurance, work pass requirements and other employee-related matters. • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment laws and MOM requirements. • Liaise with government agencies such as MOM and IRAS when required. • Handle employee queries relating to salary, leave, attendance, benefits and HR policies. • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management. • Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
