About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Representative. In this role, you will: • Perform a variety of operational tasks for routine and medium complex institutional trades that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve process specific goals • Review time sensitive document • Support audit requirements within the process • Address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department • Interact with internal and external customers as per prescribed process or procedure • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve process goals • Execute tasks and perform activities as per direction from leaders and understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: • 1+ year of Institutional Investment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Posting End Date: 24 Sep 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
