Job Title: Business Development Manager – Electrical Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: 3–5 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Any Graduate with relevant project sales experience No. of Positions: 2 Salary: ₹7–8.5 LPA Job Summary We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in the electrical industry to generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle. Key Responsibilities • Identify new clients and business opportunities. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Generate enquiries and convert opportunities into orders. • Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order booking and payment collection. • Develop relationships with dealers, architects, consultants, contractors, and project management companies. • Coordinate with operations and finance teams for successful project delivery. • Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports. • Identify opportunities in electrical contracts, panels, and related services. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the electrical industry. • Electrical Engineering qualification is an advantage. • Good understanding of electrical contracts. • Experience in estimation/pricing of BOM/BOQ is preferred. • Knowledge of LV/MV wiring, panels, and electrical components is an advantage. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to travel extensively.
