Talent & Performance Effectiveness Manager

Role Overview: Growth360 is retained by a leading IT firm for hiring a Talent & Performance Effectiveness Manager to lead company-wide performance, promotion, and talent review processes. The role will partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure talent decisions are consistent, data-driven, fair, and aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Own and continuously improve performance and talent management programs. - Facilitate performance reviews, calibration discussions, and talent assessment forums. - Partner with leaders on promotion decisions, talent differentiation, and career progression. - Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and identification of critical and high-potential talent. - Use people data and analytics to identify trends, strengthen decision-making, and highlight talent risks. - Build manager resources and enablement initiatives that improve feedback, goal setting, and talent conversations. To fit the bill: - 6 - 9 years of experience across Talent Management, Performance Management, OD, or related HR roles. - MBA from a good B School. - Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on enterprise talent processes. - Strong understanding of performance assessment, talent reviews, promotions, and succession. - Strong analytical, influencing, and program management capabilities. - Ability to bring structure to complex people processes while keeping them practical and business-focused. - Must have worked in a fast paced IT/ITES company.
