Treasury Lead - Corporate Finance - Logistics/SCM

Role Overview: A leading integrated logistics and mobility solutions company is looking for a Treasury Lead to manage liquidity, working capital, investments, borrowings and banking relationships. The role will own daily cash flow and funding decisions, treasury MIS, banking negotiations and treasury governance, while supporting subsidiaries and senior leadership. The position will also drive treasury process automation and lead a team of two professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily cash flows, liquidity and working capital requirements. - Optimise short-term borrowings and working capital financing for cost-effective funding. - Manage investments, borrowings and relationships with banks and financial institutions. - Lead funding negotiations covering interest rates, fees, limits and financing terms. - Drive treasury MIS, controls, governance and timely management reporting. - Improve treasury processes through automation and support subsidiary treasury teams. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 9 - 15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Treasury. - CA, CFA, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification. - Strong experience in cash management, working capital, investments and borrowings. - Proven exposure to short-term funding instruments and working capital financing. - Strong banking negotiation, financial analysis and treasury MIS capabilities. - Experience in logistics, manufacturing or large corporate environments preferred.
