What you'll do Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Business Development, and other GTM roles—from sourcing through onboarding Proactively source exceptional SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, and other commercial talent Occasionally recruit for Marketing and other business roles as the company grows Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and hiring decisions Deliver an outstanding candidate experience with fast, transparent communication Build scalable talent pipelines for key commercial positions Continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire top GTM tale
