Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support business scaling, ensuring that talent acquisition and development pipelines are robust enough to meet aggressive growth targets. - Lead and optimize HR operations by implementing scalable systems and data-driven processes that enhance efficiency and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. - Partner with executive stakeholders to drive organizational change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions during periods of restructuring or rapid expansion. - Cultivate a high-performance work environment by overseeing performance management frameworks and leadership development programs that empower managers to build stronger, more effective teams. - Manage complex employee relations and compliance matters with high emotional intelligence, protecting the company reputation while fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
