Senior Compensation Consultant, APAC/MEATR Operations/Customer Service

You'll have the opportunity to: - Drive impactful compensation programs across multiple markets - Partner with senior leaders to develop creative solutions for complex compensation challenges - Lead strategic initiatives that directly influence our ability to attract and retain top talent - Work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment that values innovation and ownership Key job responsibilities You'll have opportunities to: - Partner with global teams on innovative compensation solutions - Drive strategic initiatives that impact thousands of employees - Develop deep expertise in international markets and compensation practices - Build influential relationships across all levels of the organization - This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India Basic Qualifications - Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience creating dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data - Experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices - Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries - Experience with Excel Preferred Qualifications - - Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player. - Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. - Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks. Comfortable with large data sets.

- Highly analytical and quantitative skills and detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. - Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools.

- Proficiency in Excel Macros; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred. - Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts, decisions, and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders.
