The aim at Maes-y-dderwen is to meet the individual needs of every resident. This gives Colleagues and their family access to 24/7 365 support for a whole range of issues including physical, mental and financial issues • NMC Registration Paid Your Role As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding clinical care by: • Assessing residents' physical, emotional and psychological needs. • Developing, reviewing and implementing person-centred care plans. • Safely managing and administering medication in accordance with NMC standards. • Leading and supporting the care team throughout each shift. • Promoting dignity, independence and choice for every resident. • Building positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals. • Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, safety and regulatory compliance. • Mentoring and supporting colleagues while championing best practice. We're looking for someone who has: • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • A compassionate, person-centred approach to care. • Confidence using IT systems and electronic care records. • The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of care.
