Client Services Coordinator • Well established Accounting Firm based in Milton • Report into a friendly Admin Manager • Modern systems and processes in place • Up to $75k + Super PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY CANDIDATES WITH AUSTRALIAN PUBLIC PRACTICE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE. FIRM This represents an opportunity with a well known and established Accounting firm based in Milton. This firm provides their outstanding client base services ranging from tax compliance, advisory, wealth creation and bookkeeping. POSITION Due to strong growth the position of Client Services Coordinator has been created. Reporting into an Admin Manager, the role will involve the following (and not limited to): • Support the accounting team • Client relationship management • Liaising with the ATO • ATO Lodgements • ASIC Corporate Compliance (highly desirable) • Database management • PA duties as needed • Any other administrative duties as required CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: • 2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice • Experience with all facets of public practice administration • Extensive client relationship management experience • Experience with cloud based software programs would be highly desirable (XPM, Xero) • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi task • Ability to be a team player BENEFITS The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package that reflects their skills and experiences.
