Job Description
Become a part of our caring community We are seeking an Associate Director of Infrastructure and Architecture who will lead the engineers integrating 4 current and all future subsidiaries into enterprise technologies, processes, and teams.
They will have ownership of 14 broad technology platforms while each subsidiary is moving through the integration pipeline.
The Associate Director, Infrastructure Architecture designs and develops IT infrastructure architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
The Associate Director, Infrastructure Architecture requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
Home Health, OneHome, Conviva, & Trueshore and future acquisitions are integrating their infrastructure and platforms into the enterprise technologies, processes, and teams. In order to realize the desired future state for M&A Integrations, this leader must have broad technology exposure and depth.
Their engineering team will have ownership of the following technology domains for subsidiaries: Distributed Compute Hardware, Hypervisor, Server OS, and Supporting Tooling Public Cloud IaaS and PaaS from all Hyperscalers Block, File, and Backup Storage Distributed Databases DNS & DHCP Microsoft Active Directory Public Key Infrastructure Infrastructure & Platform Monitoring Infrastructure & Platform Automation & Orchestration (IaC) The Associate Director, Infrastructure Architecture performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications.
Develops specifications for new IT infrastructure products and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.
