.Net Full Stack Developer

Must Have Skills: * 5 - 8 years of professional experience in software development. * Strong hands-on experience in .NET 6+ with C# for backend development * Working experience of minimum one of the modern frontend frameworks: React OR Angular. * Good knowledge of MS-SQL or Prstgres (Prefferable Postgres) * Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, authentication/authorization. * Experience with Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. * Expertise in writing high-quality, secure, and maintainable code using design patterns and best practices. * Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving application performance. * Understanding of software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and unit testing using any framework like NUnit/XUnit/Playwright etc. * Knowledge of security best practices Must Have Technologies * .Net Framework / Core * C# * MS-SQL * Angular / React.js * Azure / AWS * Security best practices (OWASP Guideline) Good to Have Skills: * Prior experience in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes. * Exposure to serverless components (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions). * Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, App Insights, Grafana, etc.). * Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology and JIRA are added advantage * Hands on experience leveraging AI tools in design & development * AWS / AZURE intermediate or professional certification Key Responsibilities: * Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable code following coding standards. * Communicate and actively participate in client calls and requirements gathering and understanding calls * Guide and mentor junior engineers by reviewing their code, suggesting improvements, and helping them troubleshoot issues. * Perform code reviews and enforce best practices in coding * Technical documentation * Participate in estimation,sprint planning, and task breakdown.
