You might be an experienced Account Manager, BDM or Territory Manager from building products, fasteners, tools, hardware, construction products or trade distribution. What matters most is attitude, communication and commercial drive. You’ll be dealing with builders, engineers, architects and major trade customers, so confidence, professionalism and the ability to build genuine relationships are key. They can teach you the products. They can’t teach attitude.
