Senior/Manager, HR Business Partner

This is a permanent full-time position 100% based on-site at Resorts World Sentosa. Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to acquire the best talents to meet business needs. • Implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment. • Provide HR advisory services to Business Units (BUs) to meet business goals. • Manage full spectrum of HR operational matters, including onboarding, transfers, appointments, re-employment, contract renewals, disciplinary matters, performance management, and offboarding. • Manage and provide guidance and coaching to managers and team members. • Manage team member engagement and relations. • Implement HR solutions and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies. • Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or business-related discipline with min 8-10 years of experience in hiring and business partnering cum talent acquisition preferably managing voluminous hires in the hospitality/retail/service industries. • A people leader, confident and articulate, with good people management and judgement abilities. • Able to think on the feet and provide appropriate HR advice and solutions. • High energy and drive to manage high volume and dynamic ground issues. • Meticulous, organised and analytical. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) #J-18808-Ljbffr
