Administration Officer - Aviation MRO

We have an immediate opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a well-established international aviation organisation based in Brisbane's south. WHY APPLY? WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets, reports and records • Sales and general administration support • Assisting with invoicing, payment receipts and finance data • Coordinating meetings, diaries and office activities • Organising travel, accommodation and meeting requirements • Answering and directing calls • Supporting the wider team with whatever needs to get done ABOUT YOU You'll ideally have some administration, office support, customer service or data-entry experience and be: • Confident with Microsoft Office and Excel • Organised with great attention to detail • Comfortable juggling different priorities • Professional and confident communicating with people • Proactive and willing to learn • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and getting things done • Comfortable working with technical information and accurately entering detailed data into business systems. • Exposure to aviation, aircraft maintenance/parts, technical records or MRO systems would be highly advantageous (but not essential). Aviation, Defence, engineering, manufacturing or logistics experience would be great — but it's certainly not essential. What matters more is your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
