The Senior Director of Workplace Planning & Advice leads Empower ’s end-to-end advice delivery and participant engagement strategy across all tiers of Workplace Planning & Advice consultants.

This role is accountable for the strategic, operational, and talent outcomes of a growing organization that spans foundational education, core planning, and advanced participant advice.

The Senior Director is responsible for asset retention to Empower , participant satisfaction, advice implementation, and internal talent progression, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.

What you will do Lead strategy and execution across all levels of Workplace Planning & Advice teams through oversight of multiple Senior Managers Drive enterprise metrics including asset retention, managed account adoption, Wealth referrals, and participant engagement Own lifecycle development strategy from onboarding through advanced planning and high-net-worth (HNW) transitions Set consistent KPIs, advice quality standar
