Our client is a well-established and growing property investment organisation with a strong focus on sustainability, long-term asset performance, and responsible property management. Based on the city fringe, they manage a diverse property portfolio and are committed to creating high-quality environments for tenants while driving continuous improvement across their assets.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Facilities & Project Coordinator / Manager (they are open to level of experience) to join the team and play a key role in both day-to-day property operations.

Reporting into the property leadership team, this is a varied role that combines facilities management, contractor coordination, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio while assisting with refurbishment, sustainability, maintenance, and improvement projects. You will be well-supported and this role provides a clear pathway for career growth.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating facilities management activities across a commercial property portfolio
• Managing contractor relationships and service provider performance
• Assisting with planned maintenance and asset management programmes
• Coordinating capital works, refurbishment, and improvement projects
• Building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you'll have experience within facilities management, property management, project coordination, construction, building services, or a related discipline.
You will bring:
• Previous 2years plus experience within facilities management, property, construction, or project delivery environments
• Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and service providers
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• A proactive and solutions-focused attitude is key
