Sr. Network Engineer II

: The Sr. Network Engineer II is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex, mission-critical network infrastructures that bridge traditional data centers and modern multi-cloud environments.

Demanding elite technical depth in architecture, security, and automation, this role ensures the highest levels of reliability and performance—with an active CCIE (or equivalent expert-level credential) strongly preferred as a testament to advanced design and troubleshooting mastery.

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance network architectures across on-premise and cloud environments. Lead network infrastructure projects, including data center, WAN, LAN, and cloud connectivity initiatives. Implement and manage advanced routing and switching protocols (e. g.

, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN). Oversee network security implementations, including firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and zero-trust principles. Develop and manage automation workflows for network provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using infrastructure-as-code and modern scripting methodologies.

Optimize network performance, capacity planning, and reliability. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical network incidents in high-availability environments. Partner with cross-functional teams (Security, Systems, Cloud, DevOps) to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to the network architecture. Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers.
