About you: • Significant experience in operations or supply chain finance, ideally within a manufacturing environment, with strong cost accounting and commercial finance experience. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Demonstrated experience across manufacturing costing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to confidently partner with and influence senior leaders and operational stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across Finance, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain. • Experience working with ERP and EPM systems; Oracle experience would be advantageous. • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a natural aptitude for problem solving, innovation and continuous improvement. • A CA, CIMA or CPA qualification and an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
