What you’ll do on a typical day: Implement GXO’s corporate-level compliance standards, guidelines and compliance monitoring procedures for GXO’s operations globally Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Specifically, take ownership of the day-to-day GXO Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process to include, but not limited to, Subject matter expert on our ERM software Providing regular updates to the ERM assessments and results to the risk committee Coordination with risk owners to provide updates to risk mitigation activities Collaboration with the broader compliance, EHS, Operations, HR, Finance and IT teams on risk committee presentations Have working knowledge of whistleblowing software including reviewing an
