Senior Software Engineer - Squad Tech Lead

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role This is not a traditional people management role. Instead, you'll be the technical leader, architect, coach, and quality guardian for a squad of talented engineers, helping ensure everything delivered is scalable, secure, maintainable, and fit for purpose. As the Squad Tech Lead, you'll be the technical anchor for a squad of 4-6 engineers, partnering closely with the Product Owner to deliver high-quality software solutions.
