Read More JOB PURPOSE Ensure the quality of materials and components supplied by vendors through evaluation, auditing, and development, guaranteeing compliance with specifications and reducing risks in the supply chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Evaluate suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements and technical capabilities. • Conduct supplier audits to verify compliance with standards and processes. • Responsible for carrying out PTR runs for initial component samples and closing the PPAP process for each validated component. • Analyze supplier performance through quality indicators. • Manage supplier non-conformities and ensure effective corrective actions. • Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics to resolve quality-related issues. • Develop strategic suppliers to improve their performance levels. • Validate supplier process changes to ensure controlled impact. • Monitor deliveries to ensure compliance with specifications. • Generate performance reports to support decision-making.
