Project Delivery Coordinator

As a Project Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping projects moving on site. Working closely with Project Managers, contractors, suppliers and operational teams, you'll help coordinate day-to-day activities, monitor progress, solve problems and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll be at the heart of project execution, helping turn plans into reality and ensuring projects are successfully delivered. What you'll be doing: • Supporting the delivery of store development projects from concept through to handover. • Coordinating contractors, suppliers and site activities to keep projects running smoothly. • Monitoring project progress and escalating risks, issues or delays when required. • Maintaining accurate project documentation, updates and reporting. • Supporting health, safety and compliance requirements across project sites. • Assisting with quality assurance, defect management and project handovers. • Managing budgets and cost efficiencies. • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
