Digital Solutions Specialist (AI Architect)

Specific experience required Practical experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation. Experience creating professional marketing graphics and digital content using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience supporting or managing Meta advertising campaigns , including campaign setup, creative development, monitoring and basic performance reporting. Experience communicating directly with customers or leads, including phone-based lead qualification or sales/customer service calls .

Experience managing multiple marketing activities, deadlines and stakeholders. Specific qualifications or certifications required Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related discipline OR equivalent demonstrated practical experience .

Other essential criteria Excellent spoken and written English , with the confidence and clarity required to speak directly with Australian customers and prospective clients. Confident making outbound and inbound phone calls and building rapport with prospective clients.

Strong visual judgement and ability to produce polished, brand-consistent content. Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram. Comfortable using AI tools to assist with content creation, research and marketing workflows. Highly organised, responsive and able to work independently.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand, privacy and communication standards. Comfortable working remotely from Manila while collaborating closely with an Australian-based team. Desirable criteria Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager . Experience with lead-generation campaigns and lead funnels.
