For more information about Enovis, please visit **Di cosa ti occuperai | What You'll Do** Siamo alla ricerca di un Field Product Manager per il segmento Ginocchio da inserire all’interno della filiale commerciale italiana. **Obiettivo del ruolo** La risorsa seguirà le attività di marketing a supporto della forza vendita con lo scopo di rafforzare il posizionamento del prodotto sul mercato. Si occuperà dei prodotti relativi all’area Ginocchio. Tramite programmi di formazione dedicata, la risorsa svilupperà un’ottima conoscenza sul mercato ortopedico italiano ed in particolare: principali stakeholders, dinamiche di gestione del mercato, codici etici e regolamenti. Focus particolare sarà dedicato all’anatomia delle principali articolazioni (anca, spalla, ginocchio e gomito), al nostro portfolio prodotti e alle relative tecniche chirurgiche. **Responsabilità principali**- supportare il Marketing Manager nella definizione della strategia e delle priorità, programmando e implementando il Marketing Mix (4P) e definendo budget e forecast;- coinvolgimento con autonomia crescente nello sviluppo di progetti di marketing fino ad acquisire le competenze necessarie per la gestione di una linea di prodotto;- partecipare all’organizzazione di eventi aziendali e di formazione curando la gestione logística e la predisposizione dei materiali a supporto delle presentazioni;- seguire attività di analisi dati su trend di mercato, vendite per prodotto, concorrenza e ROI di attività svolte;- offrire supporto in prima persona ai clienti tramite visite dedicate e periodiche. **Requisiti**: - Laurea in ambito tecnico-scientifico o economico-marketing;- Comprovata conoscenza del settore ed esperienza nello specifico distretto - protesica di ginocchio - costituirà criterio preferenziale per la selezione;- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato;- Ottime capacità di utilizzo degli strumenti digitali e informativi, incluso il pacchetto Office (soprattutto Excel e Power Point). **Completano il profilo**: Richiesta la disponibilità ad effettuare frequenti trasferte e spostamenti su tutto il territorio nazionale. _______________________________________ We are seeking a Field Product Manager for the Knee segment to join our Italian commercial subsidiary. **Role Purpose**: The role is responsible for managing marketing activities in support of the sales force, with the objective of strengthening product positioning in the market. The position focuses on products related to the Knee area. **Key Responsibilities**- Support the Marketing Manager in defining strategy and priorities, planning and implementing the Marketing Mix (4Ps), and defining budgets and forecasts;- Gradually take on increasing responsibility in the development of marketing projects, acquiring the skills necessary to independently manage a product line;- Contribute to the organization of corporate and training events, managing logistics and preparing supporting materials for presentations;- Conduct data analysis activities on market trends, product sales, competition, and ROI of implemented initiatives;- Provide direct support to customers through dedicated and regular field visits. **Requirements**: - Degree in a technical, scientific, or economics/marketing field;- Proven knowledge of the sector and experience in the specific area of **knee prosthetics** will be considered a strong plus;- Good command of written and spoken English;- Strong proficiency in digital and information tools, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). **Additional Skills** Willingness to travel frequently across the national territory is required. **Dichiarazione di pari opportunità** **EOE AA M/F/VET/Disability Statement** - At Enovis, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
