About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized Implementation Lead to own how technology changes land across the business.

You'll lead cross-functional projects involving multiple teams, partnering with system administrators, implementation partners, and business owners to scope requirements and deliver successful implementations. This is a delivery ownership role, not a platform administration role.

Our administrators own configuration and build; you own the project — what gets built, in what order, by when, and whether it gets successfully adopted. Salesforce is the center of gravity, with Atlassian a close second, alongside other business systems and internally built applications.

You don't need to be an administrator, but you need enough technical understanding to effectively lead the work.
