Qualifications: Qualifications: • We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in civil engineering to lead and oversee our quality assurance processes. • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with 18 years being highly advantageous. • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, and a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer) is preferred. • Proficiency in quality management systems and standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) is essential. • The candidate should have a proven track record of implementing and improving quality processes in construction or infrastructure projects. • Excellent leadership and communication skills are vital, as the role involves managing a team of quality professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders. • Additionally, we are looking for someone with exceptional problem-solving abilities, who can identify quality issues, develop corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
