VP / Senior VP - E-Commerce / Quick Commerce Location: Mumbai Experience: 10 - 12+ Years Relevant Experience: 5+ Years in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce with Team Handling Level: Assistant Vice President / Vice President / Senior Vice President About the Role: We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce / Quick Commerce Leader to drive business growth, strategic initiatives, and end-to-end execution. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, managing key business functions, and leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce, business strategy, P&L / business ownership, growth initiatives, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the overall E-Commerce / Quick Commerce business strategy aligned with organizational objectives. - Drive business growth through new initiatives, market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue enhancement. - Own key business metrics including revenue, profitability, customer growth, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency. - Identify emerging market trends, customer opportunities, and competitive developments to drive strategic decision-making. - Lead and manage cross-functional teams across business, category, marketing, operations, and other relevant functions. - Build and execute strategic plans to improve customer experience, marketplace performance, and business scalability. - Develop and manage partnerships with relevant brands, platforms, vendors, and ecosystem stakeholders. - Monitor business performance through data-driven dashboards and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. - Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the E-Commerce / Quick Commerce business. - Own annual and quarterly business planning, budgets, targets, and performance reviews. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives. - Present business performance, growth plans, and key initiatives to senior management. Required Experience & Skills: - 10 - 12+ years of overall professional experience with significant experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce. - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in team handling / leadership roles. - Strong understanding of the E-Commerce / Quick Commerce ecosystem and evolving consumer trends. - Proven experience in driving business growth, revenue, and strategic initiatives. - Strong business acumen with experience in managing key business metrics and budgets. - Experience managing and developing large or cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple strategic priorities. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Candidates currently working in E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Retail-Tech, Consumer-Tech, Marketplace, or related businesses with demonstrated experience in business leadership, growth strategy, and team management will be preferred. - Candidates at Assistant Vice President / Vice President / Senior Vice President or equivalent leadership levels with strong ownership of business growth and execution are encouraged to apply.
