Role overview: The Executive Connect & Invite‑Only Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of TM Forum ’s Executive Connect programme and Invite‑Only sponsor experiences. This role manages curated sponsor–executive meetings, high‑value sessions, and senior‑level engagement across TM Forum ’s global events.

Both Executive Connect and Invite‑Only programmes are designed to connect sponsors with high‑level CSP (Communications Service Provider) executives, ensuring engagement with the decision‑makers who shape strategy, purchasing, and partnership opportunities.

You will manage the full delivery lifecycle — from sponsor onboarding and audience targeting through to acquisition, outreach, scheduling, and onsite execution — ensuring every interaction delivers value for both sponsors and senior CSP attendees.

This role reports to the Senior Executive Connect & Invite‑Only Manager and is focused on delivering a smooth, high‑quality experience for sponsors and delegates, maintaining strong operational delivery, and contributing to continuous improvement across Executive Connect and Invite‑Only formats.
