Job Description
Amazon's Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team ensures that our global fulfillment and operations networks run safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.
A Program Manager in Central RME - Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience managing program delivery and communicating results to stakeholders - Experience delivering results for cross-functional initiatives with process improvements, automation, and analysis - Experience supporting execution of project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
