We provide capital, networks and expertise to help portfolio companies scale across the region and globally. Through our investment arms EDBI and SEEDS, we back global leaders and local startups to drive innovation, create good jobs and support Singapore’s long-term economic resilience. Our investments focus on high-growth sectors including the Digital Economy, Green and Bio-Economy, Next-Gen Hardware, Healthcare, and other select industry clusters. Join us and be part of the journey. The Human Resources (HR) team in SG Growth Capital oversees the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, performance management, benefits administration, HR systems, and data analytics. As the Senior Manager, you will report to the HR Director and serve as the lead for end-to-end talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard talent, while ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employment journey from onboarding to offboarding. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you may support wider HR initiatives, projects, and processes as required. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate engagement, ensuring a high-quality and timely hiring process. • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, advise on hiring strategies, and support recruitment decision-making. • Build relationships with external partners, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies. • Manage and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organisation and equipped for success from day one. • Oversee employee exit processes, including exit interviews and offboarding administration. • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment and HR processes through automation, and effective use of HR system and technology. • Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. • Support HR initiatives, projects and processes as required. Requirements / Success Profile • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience • Prior experience in the financial and/or public sector is advantageous. • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. • Proactive, resourceful and self-driven. • Strong ownership mindset with a keen interest to identify opportunities for improvement and drive actions to completion. • Strong adaptability and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a lean environment. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
