Manager - HR Business Partner - BFSI

Role Overview: Act as a strategic HR partner for Sales and Collections businesses, driving workforce productivity, organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, retention, and HR transformation initiatives. The role will partner with leadership on AOP planning, organizational structure design, span optimization, goal setting, and strategic HR projects. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and growth plans. - Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) workforce planning and manpower budgeting exercises. - Review and recommend organization structures, workforce productivity models, and span of control improvements. - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for assigned Sales and Collections functions. - Own the Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, goal sheet governance, calibration, mid-year and annual reviews. - Drive workforce productivity reviews and partner with leaders on performance enhancement initiatives. - Lead Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes for underperforming employees and ensure governance. - Conduct attrition analysis, identify trends and retention risks, and implement corrective actions. - Drive employee engagement through one-on-one connects, skip levels, town halls, reach-outs and pulse surveys. - Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and employee relations matters. - Lead HR projects related to culture, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, digital HR and process improvement. - Drive reward and recognition programs and support retention initiatives. - Benchmark HR policies and recommend best practices from industry. - Provide HR analytics, dashboards and business insights for decision making. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Experience: - 8 - 12 years of HRBP experience in NBFC, Banking or Financial Services. - Mandatory experience supporting a large Sales and Collections workforce. - Experience in strategic HRBP roles, workforce planning and HR project management. - Experience working with senior business leaders on organization design and business transformation initiatives.
