Project Management Analyst / Scrum Master

Overview Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Project Management Analyst / Scrum Master to support a multidisciplinary Agile DevSecOps team delivering Informatica data-governance and MuleSoft integration capabilities for NAVSUP Business Systems Center.

The individual will provide disciplined Agile facilitation, project analysis, and delivery coordination so the team can convert PWS requirements and Government priorities into transparent, executable, and traceable work.

The individual will facilitate Scrum and SAFe-like practices; develop and maintain the Agile roadmap, integrated schedule, backlog, dashboards, and project controls in Azure DevOps; coordinate deliverables, risks, dependencies, reviews, and status reporting; and maintain the documentation workflow.

The position will work closely with Government representatives, architects, engineers, administrators, cybersecurity personnel, data specialists, and external system stakeholders.

Technical and security owners will validate substantive content, and Government officials will retain approval, acceptance, contractual, and funding authority.
