Product Manager, Cloud FinOps and Services

The Role: 11:11 is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product organization’s role in our public cloud and strategic vendor ecosystem.

This role is responsible for cloud billing analysis, billing escalation support, vendor commercial and licensing coordination, product interoperability, and the translation of provider and partner requirements into scalable product and operational processes across 11:11’s managed public cloud services.

The position has a strong focus on AWS and Azure while remaining broad enough to support other strategic vendors whose commercial models, licensing structures, support changes, or interoperability requirements affect the business.

This role also supports the ongoing definition and evolution of 11:11’s managed public cloud services for customers who rely on 11:11 to operate and support public cloud environments.

Working closely with Finance, Procurement, Billing, Engineering, Service Delivery, Operations, Connectivity, Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams, this leader will drive service definition, commercial alignment, operational readiness, and roadmap inputs that improve how cloud- and vendor-related capabilities are packaged, supported, billed, and delivered.

The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership, deep familiarity with public cloud billing and vendor commercial constructs, and the ability to translate complex provider and partner requirements into scalable product and operational outcomes.

This is a full-time, remote role, based in the United States, reporting to the VP, Product Management.
