POSITION DESCRIPTION We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be a key player in shaping our company's financial future by providing strategic insights and accurate financial analysis.

You will lead the annual budgeting process, manage forecasting, and develop financial models to support critical business decisions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Help drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance, evaluate new business initiatives, and analyze potential investments. Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, variances, and business drivers.

Serve as a strategic business partner, providing financial guidance and decision support to various teams across the organization. Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting. Assist with ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed by senior management. SKILLS
