You will lead business analysis across complex transformation initiatives, including business, operational and systems process design. You will also support a major system migration, working closely with technology, transformation, and business teams so requirements, impacts, and readiness considerations are clearly understood and managed. Working closely with stakeholders across Kiwibank, you will lead workshops, shape recommendations, support assurance activities, and ensure requirements traceability from concept through to implementation. For this role we’re looking for a senior business analyst who brings confidence and curiosity to complex change. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: • Experience supporting system or platform migrations, including current‑to‑future state analysis • Proven ability to lead end to end business analysis on complex initiatives • Strong capability in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business, operational, and delivery requirements • Experience in business process improvement, design, and documentation • Confidence in facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groups • Experience supporting other business analysts and contributing to practice standards • Experience working within complex programmes, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable recommendations and artefacts You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
