Project Controls Change Manager

The Opportunity In this role you will: Assess change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients Assist in preparing client project funding documents Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks We would love to hear from you if you: Have successfully performed project controls roles including change management, cost, or estimating at a portfolio level Have experience working on mission critical large scale projects such as Data Centers or similar Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
