Manager - Human Resource - Corporate Functions & Talent CoE - Manufacturing

Role Overview: This is a strategic HRBP role with Talent Management responsibilities. The person will act as an HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions (Finance, Sales Support, Marketing, etc.) and will also lead the Talent Management CoE for India. Key Responsibilities: - Partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, employee engagement and performance management. - Driving the complete Performance Management cycle, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Leadership Development across India. - Working closely with senior leadership and the APAC Talent Team on talent initiatives. - Using HR analytics and dashboards to support business decisions. Ideal Profile: - Strong exposure to Talent Management (Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Leadership Development). - Preferred candidates from Manufacturing/Product-based companies. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to regional/global leadership. - 10 - 15 years of HRBP experience.
