Regional Business Manager - Gems & Jewellery

Key Responsibilities and KPIs: Brand Experience: - Deliver the Jwellry experience every day and in every client interaction. Business Delivery: - Co-create and deliver an ambitious business plan for the geography. - Same store growth in line with Business Plan by influencing buyers, average value per client, conversion. - Identify and build a business case for new boutiques, galleries and trunks as appropriate. Client Acquisition and Retention: - Plan personal reach-out through the Boutique teams and forge relationships with guest listers, personal shoppers and other luxury brands to acquire clients (new client acquisition). - Segment and analyse existing relationships at N=1 level through the Boutique Head to plan interventions including events and experiences to trigger repeat (client retention). Category: - Co-create with the brand category teams the right mix at store based on understanding of the catchment and Zoya. Provide feedback and insights for the new product pipeline. - Drive focus on priority collections, new arrivals and focus inventory. - Create and deliver opportunities for Bespoke and high jewellery.
