We're Hiring: Head - Digital Marketing (Airport Retail & Duty Free) Location: Mumbai Experience: 12 - 15+ Years Industry: Airport Retail - Duty Free - Luxury Retail - Travel Retail - Aviation - Consumer Brands A leading airport retail and duty-free organization is looking for a dynamic Head - Digital Marketing to lead its digital transformation journey and drive omnichannel growth across customer acquisition, engagement, digital commerce, and loyalty. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for building a world-class digital ecosystem that enhances the traveller experience while delivering measurable commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Growth: - Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. - Drive digital revenue through customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across airport retail channels. - Lead annual digital planning, budgeting, and ROI optimization. Performance Marketing: - Manage high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and travel platforms. - Optimize performance using ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and customer acquisition metrics. - Lead agency and media partner relationships. Digital Commerce & Omnichannel: - Drive digital sales through Pre-Book, Reserve & Collect, and omnichannel retail initiatives. - Integrate online campaigns with in-store promotions and airport activations. Customer Data & CRM: - Build first-party customer data capabilities and segmentation strategies. - Leverage AI-driven personalization and marketing automation. - Drive CRM, loyalty, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and app engagement campaigns to improve retention and customer lifetime value. Retail Media & Brand Partnerships: - Develop retail media monetization strategies by selling digital inventory to premium and luxury brands. - Collaborate with airport operators, airlines, tourism boards, and global brand partners for integrated campaigns. Website, Analytics & Innovation: - Own website performance, SEO, UX, conversion optimization, and digital analytics. - Utilize GA4, Power BI/Tableau, A/B testing, and customer insights to improve business performance. Leadership: - Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team. - Manage agencies, creative partners, media buying partners, and technology vendors. Preferred Candidate Profile: - MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Management. - 12 - 15+ years of digital marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. - Strong experience in Performance Marketing, CRM, Digital Commerce, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, and Analytics. - Experience in Airport Retail, Duty Free, Luxury Retail, Travel, Aviation, Hospitality, Consumer Brands, or leading Digital/Marketing Agencies servicing these sectors
