Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Banking/Financial Services

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Job Overview: We are looking for experienced Finance professionals to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and working capital management, along with the ability to work in a US shift environment. Key Responsibilities: - Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. - Prepare and analyze financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and management reports. - Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations between actuals, budgets, and forecasts. - Provide meaningful financial insights to support business and strategic decision-making. - Monitor and analyze working capital, cash flows, receivables, payables, and related metrics. - Develop financial models and analytical reports to support business planning. - Track key financial and operational performance indicators and highlight trends and risks. - Collaborate with business, finance, and cross-functional teams to understand financial performance and planning requirements. - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and planning cycles. - Identify opportunities for improving financial performance, cost efficiency, and working capital management. Required Candidate Profile: - 3 - 15 years of relevant FP&A experience. - Candidates with qualifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) from a premier institute. - Strong hands-on experience in: 1. Financial Planning & Analysis 2. Budgeting 3. Forecasting 4. Variance Analysis 5. Working Capital Management 6. Financial Modelling 7. Management Reporting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a US shift environment. - Candidates from sales/marketing backgrounds without relevant FP&A experience will not be considered.
